Who We Are

Debi Caravelli, SPHR is founder and principal of Caravelli HR Consulting LLC.  She is a senior  human resource professional with over 20 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and non-profit service providers. Debi is known for assessing complicated issues and opportunities and transforming them into simple understandable solutions.   As a Senior HR Vice President of Cardinal Health, Inc., she was a leader in their human resource transformation.  Prior to Cardinal Health, Debi was a senior HR leader in the creation of all new HR strategies, practices and procedures for Allegiance Healthcare, a newly divested business of 27,000+ employees. She also held senior human resource positions in staffing, employee relations and compensation at Baxter Healthcare Corporation.  In the non-profit world, Debi was the senior HR leader of Community General Hospital.  As a Board Member and the Chairman of the Human Resource Committee for Omni Youth Services, she led the development of their strategic and operating human resource plans.

Debi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration / human resource management from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
